lol, well its good that you are doing something about it, but you need to make sure you keep within the legal framework and I think could have some TM issues, so just delete the domain or be prepared to go to court. Godaddy isnt the only one who has these problems, moniker done the same to me with .asia domain before a few months. Anyway..good luck

I've never had problems with godaddy, yes there server was overloaded with requests when .me came out and people missed out on some domains... get over it... instead of bash them just take your business elsewhere...

I missed out on 2 great domains but I'm not crying about it, they refunded me and called me to apologize.

Yes, I got those matters fixed as I had to delete two "infringing" images to get my account back on track. See, bluehost will take your account down in a jifffy. Does anybody know of a web host perhaps overseas that has more lax regulations?

Apparently they did not like this poster. But, it seems that nodaddy.com has the same one but it is still posted on their site. I'm pretty sure that they just did not like the context as it was way to clever.

I am NOT promoting MY OWN site... but since you mentioned that BlueHost takes down any images which may be seemingly 'not in good taste' - I would suggest you use Servage.net

(Now, here - I wouldn't mind giving you my referral link :p - You get 25 GB extra that way )

Good luck with the site man, high time someone gave it to those 'b-------s' ;)

I figured I would waste some of my valuable time and weigh in on this GoDaddy issue....

I have to admit, as a Godaddy customer, I have had some problems and overall I'm not real happy with some of their business practices. I use Godaddy because they are very big and I know that my Internet "real estate" will be safe. Meaning, they won't be going out of business anytime soon. I get a better price from them then I get from Network Solutions, another company I am sure is around for the long haul.

    As for your anti-Godaddy sites...

Godaddy couldn't pay for advertising this good.

If you do get sued, it will be when the marketing and legal department decide it will yield the most publicity. In the mean time they will sit by and happily wait while you draw attention to their brand.

They say, "There's no such thing as bad press."...

Personal, I had only one issue with Godaddy when my Windows VPS start loading very slow. I ask for refund and no problem. I got it in 3 days.

By the way, I have all my domains with them and I have no problem.

Can you blame somebody who try to fight with domains like list123478134.com, bigballoffers.com, and so on...?
