    remote ftp?

probably you will not be able to do it because most Windows based servers have disabled or not installed the uploading and remoting access components due security reasons.

If you are using asp.NET it should be no problem... I actaully use a folder-watcher myself and when it changes, it auto-ftp's from local to remote via FTP. FTPing is built into .NET and i think some guru's built a wrapper onto that for .net 2005 which makes it hella easy!
