Ftp Problems

I have a website on free.fr (url http://stefanstennis.free.fr). Suddenly since this morning I can't access the website either through the url or via ftp. My username and password are still there, so the web space hasn't been violated, because I can access my account on free.fr. But there's no way I can see the content of the web-site.

Is there anyone who can help me? What could have happened to my site?

Have you considered asking them? All signs are they cocked something up.

 

I sent several e-mails, but apparently they don't consider my questions...

 

I guess the 'you get what you pay for' applies. Try re-installing your FTP program and triple check your credentials.

 

I've had my website hosted on free.fr for three years now and that's the first time that this happens. I can't even see the site, it's not only FTP problem

 

I can't get there either, could be they wiped your account.
