FTP problem stuck at Command:MLSD

    I'm unable to upload anything to this hosting account before Filezilla stuck at Command:MLSD. Here's the log,

    Response: 257 "/" is your current location
    Command: TYPE I
    Response: 200 TYPE is now 8-bit binary
    Command: PASV
    Response: 227 Entering Passive Mode (77,95,228,103,152,250)
    Command: MLSD
    Error: Connection timed out
    Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing


    I use passive mode.

    Hello there,

    You should check with your provider, they may have a firewall in place, and have not opened/set the pasv port range.

    He replied telling me to click PASV mode in Filezilla. Does that mean passive mode, which I already use ? If not, can't find such an option in FileZilla.
