    The website included in this auction is located at http://www.ftpmatrix.com . Domain is almost 2 years old!

    The website has been very nicely designed. The website 1 Flash Intro
    Header for main page and 1 Flash header for all other pages. It is a
    Style Sheet based website, which makes it very easy to change the
    fonts and text style. Website uses PayPal To process paypal and credit
    cards.

    The order link needs to be connected to your paypal, or other payment
    processing solution. Alternatively, you may offer a free download (see
    below for more information)

    The software itself has the same design touches as the site, as you can see from
    the screenshots in the site. As an example:

    The included Key Generator software allows you to generate unlimited
    license for the software. You can sell unlimited licenses and hence the
    potential of this software business is unlimited.

    Possible Income Structure:

    Selling price = $29.95 (I recommend dropping to $19.95 or perhaps even
    $14.95 for easier selling). Alternatively, offer it for free and generate a
    community for promoting other sites, or offer it as a bonus for signing up to

    I don't believe I have the source code, but I'll see if that's possible. Will also check what language it's written in.

    I think you only get resell rights, not master rights if that's what you mean - the software is not unique in that sense, it is turnkey.

    no, I would mention sales if there had been any revenue. I bought this business for the purpose of selling really, got a nice deal on it I suppose. Current offer is $40 via PM, I'll probably take it if the bidder responds soon, unless someone is quicker to bid.
