FTP information required

    We want to take backup of our files from ftp. Our database is of nearly 65gb. How can we take the full backup... as ftp is taking so much time... what is the other option?

    if you have SSH access use the following command, it will create a backup file.
    /scripts/pkgacct user
    replace user with the account username

    I hope it will help
