    I see that your website is being hosted via http://www.limestonenetworks.com/ and I do not see any offshore hosting or servers on their site being offered. Can you tell me where the dedicated servers you are offering us are from?

    Hey Guys,

    Warez Hosting is allowed to a Extent but they don't strictly enforce unless your like selling the software illegally off your Site/Server.
    A suggestion I would say is, don't be like advertising all over the net "Download this Popular Software here" are you could see some problems.

    I went ahead and contacted OVH prior to you even letting me know that the dedi's were from there as I was already looking at them for hosting.

    Unfortunately they do not allow anything that you are promoting. :(

    Here is a copy of the (2) emails sent and received from their support team.

    And they say they server by residence (where I live). I live in the United States and we are not even on their list as you can see here...

    So just a heads up people... You can host anything, anywhere, until you get caught. Than you take a chance on loosing all of your important files and hard work put into the site.

    I am not telling you to stay away from this hosting being offered on this thread, just make sure you know what you are getting!!!

    The reason I am reselling Ovh is for people outside of the Uk and Europe will be able to purchase a server from that DataCenter I am not able to purchase the server's personally because I am in the United States also, but I partnered with another company from the UK which has been around since late 2001 which is how I am getting the server's from Ovh..

    their customer support (Neil) said that as long as the reseller pay the server, there will be no problem.. i could give you screen shot of email he send me if you want.. :)

    I know Chris, he is one of seller that you can trust.. :)

    There have been people reselling Ovh for years without problems, They don't directly sell to US Residents because of there SLA Agreement doesn't cover the United states at this time...
