    After debating if I want to sell the site or not, I decided to sell it as I want to take on 2 different projects and I don't want to worry about a million things.

    This site is basically a webmaster spot to get information on different affiliate programs, seo tips, different tools they can use, etc. It also includes a directory and you can sell traffic from the site (I will give the winner the source)

    Some basic details:

    The site has gotten around 500 uniques so far. It is registered at NameCheap.com and a free push will be provided (Around 11 months left on the domain). The site is running on WordPress, a little customized, and it also includes a directory. I paid to get the logo custom made for the site.

    All of the content on the site is original as I have written it myself and it will of course be included in the sale of the site. I will try to put up a few more posts before this sale occurs.

    As for revenue, in the couple weeks it has been up I have sold 2 featured listings on the directory at $4.95 each, you do the math.

    Who do you purchase it from and what is the wholesale cost?

    I will only tell the winner where the traffic is from as I'm sure they wouldn't want 100 people using the same source. As for the profit margin is 50%.

    The directory was promoted through here on DP and I did a few directory submissions.

    In addition the site is indexed of course and is getting crawled fairly frequently by google bot.

    $50 is the highest bid as of now. If you want this site, you have about an hour and a half to bid some more.

    Remember I have no adsense or anything like that on here yet, I only had the featured link on the directory which got 2 submissions at $4.95 , plus if you can sell traffic.

    It is a great domain as well!
