    Up for auction are two well earning sites growing comfortably in the search engines for MySpace and proxy search terms. I hate to sell these, but I need the money for other projects. Both sites were promoted naturally with text links on my network. Any links placed will be kept for at least six months.

    The two sites combined are earning over $100/mo. via AdSense.

    This is an auction and will end after 24 hours or when BIN is met. Winning bidder must pay via PayPal immediately - no eChecks or other pending payments. Please observe the auction starting bid. Place bids on each site separately. Buyer gets a free push at Namecheap and immediate transfer of files and site ownership.

    I'm setting a low BIN on both sites for a quick sale. May consider reduced BIN on both sites.

    Thanks for the current bids. Currently pending a few BIN offers, will update!

    Regarding the CTR, there is nothing mystical or underhanded going on, just good optimization and the right kind of traffic. I'd be happy to offer some advice to others working on their CTR, but I'd like to keep those discussions out of this auction thread.
