    This is only a few days old, have done no promotion so none.

    .CCs cost... lemme check. $19.99 a year with GoDaddy and there's probably a coupon code out there for cheaper. Domain expires 3/4/2008 though so plenty of time left :)

    I have no idea; Google means nothing though as it's using Bidvertiser, and I believe it's allowed with them :p
