I can vouch for the quality of the site myself. I know he spent a lot of time on it, and he definitely cared about quality when designing it... He would have to in order to get my help

I forgot to mention that the site is optimized for SEs....I got the H1 tags on the important words, meta descriptions, title tags, html URLs (no dynamic stuff), etc.

Oh man I need to practice learning how to sell. It seems i am giving too many good sites away for less. Well, it's an auction and a BIN, can I do both?? Last time I tried selling a site and got yelled at for doing it wrong

 

Lol. It's simple skunker- just follow these rules:

Starting Bid: The minimum bid you are willing to entertain.
Reserve: The minimum you are willing to accept for the site. Normally this is kept to yourself.
BIN: The amount of money it will take to purchase it immediately. If you set a BIN, you do not ever accept offers once someone has posted they will BIN.

If you have a BIN, you can ALWAYS sell it for lower than that BIN, and people will always bid anyway.

 

I will buy the site at BIN of $700, pending PM response...

I sold two of mine when I moved back from Florida. A blue one and a tourmeline one. Sold them for $350 each. You could have bought both for $700
