FS: PR3 Travel Niche Website - Ranks on First Page of Google

I put a "party travel" information product - the type available on Clickbank - on an expired domain and it ranked on the first page of Google for "party holidays" and "party travel" almost instantly.

The site has survived the latest Google PR update and is a solid PR3 due to the number of backlinks pointing to it, again in the travel / hotel industry, so plenty of relevant links pointing to the website.

I haven't done anything to the site since putting it up in January but visits and page views have grown on their own without any promotion or paid advertising, probably due to the holiday season approaching.

The site makes a few sales and some adsense revenue, but nothing major. It would suit someone who already runs travel websites and wants to branch into the "party" niche but with such a strong position in Google it could make a lot more income with a little more work / promotion.

I will of course provide the winning bidder with all the graphic PSD files and the info product in MS Word format should you wish to edit it and / or add in any of your own affiliate links etc.
