    Site contains 10 unique articles on web hosting plus 5 reviews of some of the top web hosting companies with affiliate programs (hostgator, startlogic,etc). Minimal traffic ; earned $50 affiliate commission from Hostgator this month. Have not checked other affiliate programs as I lost track of the passwords and I don't have the time to dig them up. Also earned a few cents from adsense.

    New owner will also get 16 unique articles (originally intended for article directory submissions) but can also be used as additional content for site/blog. 3 of those articles have already been submitted to about 200+ directories.

    Domain registered with Godaddy, expires 6/20/2008

    If you would have a longer history of affiliate conversions I would see the $250 as justified, but one sale ... I don't know + it is a dot info which tend to be less valuable.

    Let me know if you would accept an offer of $175 ?!

    Hey Christoph,

    Thanks for the offer but the minimum I'm willing to accept is $250. Otherwise, I will just submit all 16 articles to article directories and see if the commissions continue to roll in. Please note that some content sites without PR and with only 20 unique articles sell for $250. The site is PR3 and had a conversion rate of 9% for the affiliate product (1 purchased out of 11 clickthroughs to merchant).
