Sorry, I really never trust future pagerank, it is almost never right. I haven't even looked at it on this site, not quite sure what to tell you.

$320 is a screaming deal for this site, it is getting a ton of traffic, and at the current price, you could easily make the $320 back in a few months.

What the crap kind of post is this? Did you mind reading the thread at all? There is a post made 7 minutes before yours that clearly states that the auction ends in just over 1 hour and 40 minutes. What makes you think I changed my mind in the last 7 minutes?
