This domain name and my site is about 8 months old, PR3 and i am expecting PR4.

Right now i have about 12000 pages indexed in google and according to yahoo and google i have about 480 backlinks !

I put a LOT of work in this site but i am in a big need of money.

If you have some more cash (which i dont) you can invest some money in Adwords and make this site a gold-mine ! I just dont have the cash for adwords.

edit: my keyword "reconditioned power tools" is an extremely good keyword with very low R/S ratio !
In google i surpassed many big competitors for this KW. As said RIGHT NOW i just need some more time because i re-added my sitemap since i was experimenting with the site, what effect it would have on SERPs if i delete the sitemap.

Edit: i implemented some nifty stuff on this site too..for example i have RANDOM RSS feeds to the subject, so Google thinks this is updated and new content everytime it crawls my site. It HURTS to sell this site bad i have to !

i am posting this here since i am honest. I got ONE check from amazon coming now...and i have a little money from adsense. The site did NOT make rich. I am honest and say that.

The good thing is that the site will be good for steady income from adsense AND the amazon sales...also the domain-name with PR3 and soon PR4 (i strongly see that) should be worth something.

My funds are VERY limited, i cant afford adwords campaigns, theyre killing me.

On a good day i have 120 uniques, that is highly targeted customer buying power tools and about $2.50 in adsense.

I know this sounds low, but this site has a high potential for you to bring it up to the top ! As said it was already on pos #7 for "reconditioned power tools" and even higher for "refurbished power tools"...i surpassed a bunch of BIG names and it made me very proud !

YOu can use this site either....leave it like it is and do even MORE promotion (as said, already 500 or so backlinks !!) and just get money from adsense and affiliates sales. Or you use it and sell your own real products and take advantage of the name and PR. Whatever you want to do with it.

There are NO costs involved maintaining, except you would need to renew the domain name end of this year and get you some cheap hosting.

What sort of backend does it run on?

 

Linux, PHP (if you mean that). The whole store is a couple PHP scripts with an extensve, but EASY admin interface.

the whole site is NOT that complex...main is 2 PHP scripts, store, admin and then cache files and some additional stuff.

i had some questions, try to answer:

"Basically" you can use any amazon ID, be it UK, Germany, US, CA. But if you use another ID (this store is for US market) you would need to reconfigure the store since different amazon stores have a different selection. The ID must match the amazon stores market. I dont know eg. whetehr amazon CA has reurbished tools.

You can EASILY let the site run with an US amazon ID and just need to apply fora free US ID, even if you're somewhere else.
They will send you checks then in whatever country and NOT take out the $15 check processing fees. And you would not need to reconfigure the site if you just use an US amazon ID.
