    Hi there, I just recently built this for a client and he ended up backing out for financial reasons:

    I have a little more content for it as well that is included in the purchase.

    As it is new, please assume no income or traffic yet. I am sure someone can make a good go with this blog and make it successful. I'd gofor it myself and even contemplated very seriously but I just don't have the time.
