FS: Image Hosting Site, Active w/ 200+ users

I have an image hosting site I started for a few of my friends. As I get older I am finding less and less time to work on these projects I have created. The site runs the uploader script by celeronDude. I have a semi-customized template on it. I also purchased copyright removal on the script.

Site is almost 2 years old (shy by about 1 month). There are about 8900 links to various images and portfolios on the site. Alexa rank is 2.2M. Google revenue is currently very low. Maybe $10/mo average if that. Current form of revenue is link selling. There are 3 links at the top that are paid for a portion of the upcoming year so those must remain.

I don't like to use this tool b/c it's very inaccurate at value, but DNScoop values the domain at $3275. I've found that the "true" value is about 1/3 of that. So I will set price at $1500 OBO. I do not have stats installed on the site other than those built into uploader, which are very primitive.
