FS: Guitar Tab site with Rev. Good Traffics

I bought site 3 month ago. Tab is not showing because legal issue-everything is good as long as you not showing tab(tabs are in db), need to develop to show tabs from other site using iframe or something..forum just installed with contents from usenet, but it will be great forums if you develop good forum, contents.

This is one of my running by itself site. But need attention to Forums if you want to grow more.

Rev is avg. $230 per month from adsense + $60+ from TLA.

It is PR5, 2+ year old site with 60K+ indexed in google with 40K+ backlinks.
