[FS] GREAT Deal on 4 Proxy Sites w/ Traffic & Revenue!!

Following up on my last auction, I am letting go of four more sites which I built, promoted, and released in the end of December. All four are kicking butt in SERPs for their target phrases, and getting lots of natural traffic from search engines as well as topsites and text links on and off my network.

I need some extra cash this month so I'm forced to sell some of my creations. I put major time and work into several new sites last month, and these are probably the last ones I'll let go of for a while.

Revenue is $128.74 this month via AdSense.



There was also a full day of downtime on a big earning day around the 10th (due to a drive failure). Rev should have been a bit higher.

Only about three weeks old, the sites are still growing as search engines index more and more links. You will not have to promote these sites at all for some time. I added each site to 60+ proxy topsites and several hand-picked spots on and off my own network of sites. No paid promotion, AdWords, etc. in any respect. Search engines account for the majority of traffic.

I have sold many successful sites and these are the cream of the crop so to speak. They should make someone piles of money.

The proxies are currently disabled, but can be enabled with a single line in .htaccess. All sites running Kytoo CMS, and include a single site license. Domains registered at Namecheap, and come with a free push.

Traffic details available to serious buyers. Buyer must pay via PayPal immediately after sale. No eChecks.

I have a few buyers watching my last auction who may have dibs, I will update if confirmed. First come first serve.

This is not an auction. Selling all four sites for BIN $1,000 firm. This is only 4 months of projected revenue (~$250 mo.).

I have quite a few of Tekime's sites and they perform VERY well. This would be a great buy for anyone! If I had the cash today I would swoop them up. 4x monthly revenue is a bargain.

longhornfreak - As mentioned sites are using Kytoo CMS, a CMS I developed from scratch and have full ownership of. I grant one single site user license for each site. All templates/styles/etc. were custom made by myself from scratch.
