    I bought the domain about 9 months ago. It has 3 months of registration left and is currently registered at GoDaddy. Transfer through GoDaddy is free, but you'll have to cover any expenses to a different registrar.

    I've done nothing with the domain. It currently redirects to a blog of mine. It has no PR and no linkage.

    It should however be very marketable with the proper site and proper seo.

    Not a very smart move to touch this domain after ebay said you shouldn't. I had an ebay domain a few years back and got an email similar to this and NEVER touched it again.

    If you never touched it like eBay said, and nothing happened, that proves nothing. That C&D is from several months ago. I told them flat out that I would not be doing as they said and they haven't said a word about it since. Sometimes you have to call a bluff. If you look carefully at the C&D, you'll notice that the other domain mentioned is the same one that the ebaypwerseller.com points too that I've been running a blog off of for about 5 months now. If they were going to do something, they would have done it by now.
