Up for sale is MyHockeyTraining.com, a site selling a Clickbank product in a highly, highly untapped niche.

The site is based off of Wordpress (easy to update) and all content is 100% original and written by me.

Domain is hosted at DomainsPricedRight - Free push at that registrar.

The site has a Page rank of 3 and gets over 1100 UV's per month.

Revenue Info:

The site does $309/month on average since April 15th.

The traffic is generated from articles I wrote in April and I spent less than 5 hours per month since maintaining articles and the site. You will need to do ZERO maintenance to maintain the current sales level.

Clickbank hops convert at around 1:50 on average. Never goes above 1:60 for 30 day period, but has been as low as 1:20 for 30 days periods before.

However, you could skyrocket the income by generating more traffic, because this site convers this product very well. Add more traffic, make more money!

Note: This revenue is for the OFF SEASON! Imagine how much higher it could be during the hockey season when far more people are looking for information on hockey and hockey training!

I also recently implemented an AWeber autoresponder. The signup form currently converts at over 30% and there are currently 367 active subscribers, with normally around 10 added each day on average.

This is a fantastic site and it will only get better and better as it ranks higher, the PR improves and more and more traffic comes in. Earnings potential is massive!

If you're good at PPC (which I'm not) you could make this explode.

Reason for Selling:

I'm selling this site only because I want to move more into product creation, and I'd like a little extra capital to work on my products.

The opening bid and reserve bid are equal at $2750, which is less than 9 months revenue and the minimum I'm willing to accept.


Revenue Details:

Revenues are entirely from promoting the Clickbank product.
They amount to $309 per month on average from April 15th to July 31st. June alone saw over $475 in sales! This site could easily do that much or more per month, very easily in fact.

Traffic Details

Traffic is generated completely organically. There is NO paid traffic used, so traffic costs are zero.

 

Post more details on traffic,i see u mentioned that traffic generated from articles,so wanted to know if i will require to continue writing artilcles to keep flow of traffic?

Also let me know how many articles you have online for this site.

 

Tobby,90% of the articles were written quite a while ago, in April, and for May, June and July, I probably wrote 10 articles combined for all three months, which is about 3 hours of work in 3 months.

So the vast majority of the traffic is coming from already established articles that have gained high PR and rank well in Google. So even if you don't write any more articles, those articles should continue sending traffic, and the earnings stay steady.

That being said, I would highly recommend the new owner DOES write more articles in order to beef up traffic even more which will INCREASE the earnings.

If you can write them yourself, then its a great way to get free traffic. Otherwise you can outsource them for dirt cheap which is a great alternative to PPC.

(PPC is another completely untapped way of bringing in traffic. I'm terrible at it so I don't try, but for someone who knows how to use it, it could be a gold mine)
