(FS) Bestworkoutroutines.com -> type in traffic

Hi, i'm thinking about selling bestworkoutroutines.com to a serious buyer. I

t is only one page right now and is an amazing domain name. Right now it makes anywhere from 2 - 4+ dollars per day off of adsense, Best days have been around 8.
This site has no seo. All traffic is type in and consistent.

I would like to work on this site and develop it into a nice site in a lucrative field that i'm actually interested in, however, with school and other things on my mind, Its not looking like i'm going to get around to it or be able to keep it up very well in the near future. I'm all right with making a little money every day and waiting for this domain to be worth alot of money in the future, but, if a serious member would like to purchase this site from me then I will consider selling it. * if also interested in the design I made for the site and a transferal of the liscense to the commercial cms it is currently on, then i can also work that in. However, its not a big issue as the site hasn't been developed and no seo will be lost. This site can be developed on any platform.

I would recommend that you take the clicks, page CTR and Page eCPM off of your screen shot, blur them or whatever. As of right now your screen shot violates the Google TOS. Be a shame to get banned for that.

are you allowed to put adsense like on your site with limited texts?

it is just ads right now because i havn't gotten around to developing the site into what i'd originally planned. I don't try to drive traffic to the site right now because its only ads and a vision statement. There is no se traffic, just direct request. The sites value lies in the direct request aspect as well as being a good domain name with lots of search engine potential in a lucrative field that hasn't had any quality sites yet.

I'm not going to put any more traffic stuff up here. The adsense page impressions is a good representation because the site is only one page right now (a few days in september - november 6) , and the current traffic is not the selling point. If a person purchases this site it will be because of the direct request value and the domain name potential, basically the value of the site is entirely in the domain name...

If seriously interested, please just pm me. I've gotten alot of pms already so i guess this is a good point to set a BIN and set up a deal with the most interested/highest bidder...

Not sure if thats sarcasm or not...Right now i'm thinking its a pretty good figure. I'm in no hurry, and i'm not used to dealing with a domain thats value is going to steadily go up alot in the future based on the consistent direct request aspect as well as the fact that its a search string in a good niche.
