    Hi, I am selling one of my sites that I just recently developed (< 2 weeks old). The reason I am selling is because the site doesn't really interest me. I do not have the time to maintain and promote the site as much as I wanted to so my loss is someone's gain. The 4-letter .COM domain name alone is worth the value.

    Site Concept
    The site has 3 different sections each linking to each other. My idea was that each 3 has a different segment that would bring in visitors and in turn they would visit the other sections since they are all pretty much related. The sections include a PS3 and Wii News section, a PS3 and Wii Videos section, and an arcade game section.

    Maintainace
    The site does not really need much maintance if you don't want to. For the news section, I had an automated RSS feed running on it but took it out because it wasn't posting the right date (you can see it was posting as Dec, 1969). You can install an RSS feed and just leave it or manually post news. The games section does not need much to be done either unless you want to add more games. The video section gets a new video automatically posted every 6 hours. I bought this package at:

    It will have 500 total videos when it is done which should last for the next 3 1/2 months (4 videos posted per day). This alone is worth $16.

    Traffic Stats
    I really do not have a good idea of the traffic except that their is some traffic. It seems to mainly come from Technorati. Also, in the games section, their is a daily # of games played and that # has been over 100 the past couple of days so that indicates ppl are playing/visiting. Assume very little traffic at the moment.

    Marketing
    Site has not been marketed at all. Site has a lot of potential if someone has time to optimize and market it.

    Revenue
    Assume no revenue

    The website wasn't even registered a month ago.. That kinda hurts my decision in starting bid on this. However, I do wish you good luck.
    A screenshot of the actual traffic stats would definitely help this out, and not just reading your word. :)
