All content is 100% unique and written by a real doctor, from whom I bought the site 15 months ago.

Requires 0 maintenance. Meaning there is no need to update any files. Haven't done that myself either, except for a layout change several months ago. All files are static .htm files.

Backlinks are from directories, link exchanges, some natural and from Link-Vault. None of them are bought and the LV links will stay up for 3 months, so you will have the time to get links on your own.

Never used any paid advertising services such as Adwords and the like.

Did buy one link back in May for a few months from someone here, but that was a simple textlink for $15 per 3 months which I didn't renew.

 

Cholesterol Reduce and Type 1 and 2 Diabetes are not included in the sale.

They are 2 other sites I own and the links can be removed immediately after the sale.

If buyer really wants those 2 extra websites as well, we can allways have a talk about that!

Have updated http://www.webaltmed.com/sales/ with simple all-time Adsense statistics. For truely interested people I can divide them into months, but you see the general traffic/page views through the Adsense stats already.

Never did promotion/link building with the diabetes site, therefore stats/revenue is almost non-existing.

Only thing I've done with the cholesterol site is directory submissions, so there is some traffic and revenue, but with a little time and energy that can increase easily. That's also the reason I would not prefer to sell them, but all 3 websites can be bought together for $2500, fixed price.

 

Any revenue on the other two websites..

So basically this means the one site is sold, unless somebody offers original BIN of $1500 within one hour. After which I will contact the person who offered $1300 and work out the details with him.
