I have the following website for sale which has been earning $190/200+ Per Month for the past 3/4 months when i put adsense on.

The website needs no updating so the revenue with come in by itself.

It is not a script at all, i still had to create the layout and also build pages etc. Traffic Equalizer just creates content.

I'm in the us - can I buy this site ? How about the google adsense links on the top gray menu area- is that legal ? I thought you can change the background to an image or a layout? very tricky because I didnt notice it was google and clicked twice got me....I'm sure most people will click. very creative.

Also, please let me know about hosting - how much per month and any other cost associated with the site.
How long have you had the site ?
And will you be able to provide live statistics access when in agreement on price?

Yes you can buy this site, the domain is with a company called 123-reg.co.uk all you would need to do is create an account with them for free.

I have had the site for 2 years but have only ran adsense for the last 4 months, yes i will give you live stats if a price is agreed, i will have to have a look into escrow as i have not used this before.

All I see is a bunch of meaningless text and images. Isn't this against adsense tos? I would happily give 2k for your site, but answer my question above.

i did a search on dp and found traffic equalizer has a high chance to get the site banned how ever this post was in 2006 is this still the case? are google still banning all pages made by traffic equalizer?

Thank you for all your replies, in reply to dugu i have around twenty plus sites which have been created with traffic equalizer and i have had no problems with any of them. Around 10 of these i have been running Google Adsense on them for the past 18 months without any problems at all.

tekmiester: You cannot log into my account but if we agree a price then i will use your adsense details on the website to prove the revenue.

TibeDesign: As i said above i have been running adsense on several of my traffic equalizer sites for 18months + and not had one comment from Google.

Take from that what you will, but as i say i have been running sites generated with TE for 18months and i have had no problems. I know others who have been doing so for years also with no problems. At the end of the day content can be replaced if you wish and just keep the page names so you still keep the traffic.
