Frustration Rant - StockScripts

So, I thought I would put this somewhere where the admins at StockScripts can delete it.

I recently looked into purchasing a YouTube clone script. Decided on StockScript's FlixWare script. Bought it, downloaded it, installed it. Thought I did everything right but it wasnt working. So I emailed customer service for some help. It took a day or two... but they finally replied. Over the next few days we emailed back and forth with StockScripts forgetting/ignoring me.

A few days later my script started giving me an invalid license error, as did a lot of other customers. Even now, this issue has not been fixed for me. I emaild them numerous times and I have never received a response so... I went to their support forums, where there are a lot of un-answered issues. Started a thread about the lack of response from customer service. No more than an hour later the thread was deleted. So I started another thread pointing out how fast they are to silence someone who wasn't happy, and how slow they are to respond to actual issues. When I got home from work, I went to check the thread...and surprise surprise the thread was deleted. And I was also banned from the forum.

Why is it so hard for companies to learn the importance of customer service?

Simply because they don't care and are not interested in keeping you happy and therefore a possible repeat customer.

You'd be surprised how many online "businesses" have this kind of mentality.

Its becoming more and more of an issue online. People wanting to make a quick buck but not earn it.

to update...I have now been IP banned from the site.
