when I was installing something, they suggested I remove the google toolbar during the installation. I just had IE hide it.

now, when I try to bring it back, it's not on it's own row in IE. it's scrunched up at the end of the "address" bar...

I can't for the life of me figure out how to bring it down to its own row. any ideas?

I had exactly the same problem recently. I think you can grab the bottom edge and drag it down. Or try closing all the other parts and leaving only the toolbar.

    But it is a bugger.

    oops, found it.

I was trying to drag and drop it but it had "lock toolbars" on so it wouldn't move (right click and you can turn that on and off).
