Frustrating suspended account

Hello, I have my business account suspended for two months now. At first, it was trying to send me a code via phone calls that I never received. Then, nothing more. A good sign I thought, but at login, I couldn't click on any tweet and a "suspended account" message pops up.
I followed directions and received an email from support giving me instructions but even those didn't work, since I am not receiving any codes and there is no way to have one sent to me.
I opened another case and they responded that they already have an open case with that account.
Any help? I reached the point where I am thinking to delete it and loose the followers and open a new one :(

    Below the first response:
We’re writing to let you know that your account has been flagged for unusual behavior that violates the Twitter rules, and has been locked until you take the following steps:
    1. Log into your account, or open your Twitter app on iOS or Android.
    2. You’ll see a message about your account, and a prompt to click “Start.”
    3. Select your country/region, and then enter your phone number.
    4. Click “Send code.”
    5. You’ll receive a message from Twitter with a confirmation code.
    6. Enter the code you receive on the prompt screen. You’ll receive a confirmation. Please note, it may take a few minutes for your account to be completely unlocked.
    7. If you’re still experiencing a problem after confirming your identity, respond to this message and provide us with more details about what’s happening.
Please note, repeat violations of the Twitter rules can lead to a permanent suspension of your account.
    Here the second response:
    Hello,

We noticed that you currently have an open report about this issue in progress.

We need to complete your open case before you can submit a new one. If we are waiting for any outstanding information from you, please be sure to follow up with us in the open report as soon as possible.

Are you putting your phone number in using the correct format?

It doesn't let me see it. The initial message was showing some *** following my last 4 digits (that were correct) and it said it was going to call me (no text) but never received the call. I have no way to add, look at, or modify anything on Twitter.com/Balocoloc so, to answer your question, I don't know if the format is correct.

Also, at this point, I don't have any prompt/message/alarm when I open the page. Only when I try to click on something a short pop up tells me that the account is suspended.

I'm having this exact same issue, and just keep going in circles with Twitter Support, or non-support. I'd like to see this thread continue until it attracts the attention of someone who has an idea how to get this resolved.

Hi - my twitter account was suspended a couple weeks ago and it doesn't look like I'm going to get it back. It basically was a porn account. One of my scene partners freaked out because my account grew so much. He contacted me to take the video down but because of the time difference I was asleep. He wrote twitter and they not only took down the post but suspended my whole account. Now, the question is - I have a new phone number, a different user name, new email address. If I post some of the same videos as before on my new twitter (obviously not the one in question) is there a way for twitter to find out? Is there some of digital tracker on videos?

Thanks for the reply. I think my next step is to open another account and see if I can get some help that way. May have to wait until after the holidays, though. I'll post my results when/if I get any results.

I had also problem with Twitter. They suspended my 2 to 3 accounts. Even I did not violet the rule. Some time I feel Twitter is biased. Let me correct myself, not some time, Twitter is bised.

I would agree with that. After struggling so long to find a User Name that fit, I was ready to shut it down. But I decided to do one Follow to get it started, and since they were recommending Biden and Harris and others of that ilk, but not Trump, I did a search and found Trump, and hit Follow for him. The next time I went in, my account was suspended for "suspicious activity." Ironically, I had no intention of following either Biden or Trump, and would have unfollowed Trump when I started looking for others I knew. That was November 6th, and my account is still suspended.

Maybe twitter should become obsolete and replaced with something better.

I totally agree with you! Let's do it and become millionaires :):):)
PS: Still suspended and no way to reactivate it. This is a company account, it sucks!

There is Parler, if anyone is interested. It's like Twitter, and I have an account there, but I haven't had much luck with it. Ironically, after giving up on Twitter and going to Parler, my Twitter account was mysteriously reactivated without my doing anything. I've no idea why, how, or who, but after almost two months of no replies to my queries, there it is. Hope the rest of you have similar luck.
