Frustrating error messages when posting

    Hi,
    May be it's just me, but It's frustrating to see a "notice" each time I post a link in a post.
    The errors are like:

    Following errors occured---------
    http :// www. wordpress .com is a redirect to https://wordpress.com
    use the original link instead.

    This happens more often than you would think.
    See I cannot even post the original error message because it has the URL that needed replaced.

    If you have to show the original link, then why not just replace it automatically? Why show us a notice...
    Or just display the link we typed, but link it to the original URL instead of the displayed link...
    That would be easier I think.

    Try inserting the problematic link as a code snippet. It might work.
