Frustrated - Sites on first page but no traffic?

I have 5 sites that are on page one of google under their keyword niche but am not getting any traffic. Here's 1 example - http://Cookbooks101.net

Is someone kind enough to share some insite to this for me?

Have you checked how much traffic the keywords you are ranked
for receive?

You can check using the Google keyword tool.

Is that keyword are highly searched? if not no1 ranking is useless

 

Those page 1's should be terms that are actually searched. Otherwise, not really usefull.
