I knew I forgot to mention something. Apples are pretty awesome too. As a general rule, try to eat a lot of fruits and include them in your daily diet. Drink a lot of water, too! A better diet = better skin and hair.
My skin isn't really that look good today. Feel like I'm in the stage of aging already. Thanks for this useful tips, I'll surely try this at home.
I`ve red an articles somewhere a while ago that some fruits are very good for your skin, but that you should consume fruits years in a row for this to take effect.
