Yes there are jobs still being worked on. I will pay the workers to finish those jobs.

How much time should time do you need to maintain this site on a daily basis?
I have spent between 30 - 60 minutes every day or so. I would answer emails, pms from the workers, reviewing job applications, worker assignments and checking in on the quality of posts.

How do you verify the quality of the post, I mean whatif I bought 10 post from you and you assign a worker to my order and I don't like 5 of the 10 post he posted.

What is the process of quality control?

I recruit posters by advertising in signatures that I am looking for new users. I pay posters $0.10 per post. As far as quality control goes, I look over the posts my users make, and if I deem them to be of unacceptable quality I do not count them as a part of the total, and I do not pay the poster for the posts. I give them a warning, and if their posts continue to be of insufficient quality, I fire them. This has only happened once, luckily.

If a customer complains to me about the quality of the posts, I look into their complaints, and if I agree that the quality is not sufficient, I do the same as above: do not count those posts towards the total and give the poster a warning.

Can you please tell me where the traffic is coming from no PR and no advertising HMMMM.

 

I post on sites such as here at DP and SitePoint, on the forums which are based on building communities. It takes about 10-30 minutes every couple of days, posting with advice on building forums. This can be proven just by looking at my post history. Thus, forum owners interested in my services click on my signature link, and I get my hits.

I guarantee that none of my traffic is in any way shady or received unethically.
