Fruadster What Can Digital Point Do?

    Hi,
    A user on this forum has bought the following domains/sites off me and used someone's PayPal account without authorization to pay me for these domains, the money has been put on hold by PayPal and I need to either refund or provide postage details, obviously there are no postage details as these are digital items.

    What can DigitalPoint do to stop this from happening again? Will this user be suspended? Can I have the users e-mail address which is registered with DigitalPoint as if it is the same as the one used to pay the user has started a PayPal dispute even though the items have been received and I may be able to get the money back.
