    Froogle is a shopping search engine created by Google. Merchants can upload feeds of their products and have them listed free of charge. Best description I can come up with. Its pretty much the same as Kelkoo, Deal Time, Price Runner etc

    As was mentioned in an earlier reply, Froogle is free, unlike similar services from Shopping.com, Shopzilla, Bizrate and Yahoo Shopping. Those all charge a CPC.
