Froogle Problems?

    Hey everyone,

I just launched my first online store (yeah!) and I am trying to get my feed into froogle. I followed the directions and uploaded my feed, but it's still in the "waiting for you to upload a first feed" state.

I uploaded it once last night, and once again this morning....still no progress.

    Anyone else having problems?

Yes, I am monitoring it. It says "feed not processed."

When you say "a long time" what do you mean? The Froogle site says 3 hours, but I've waited almost 24!

"feed not processed" But they do have your feed!

So just wait! You'll get an email when it's approved. It could take weeks!

That's what I was afraid of!

Well, thanks for the info. I was hoping it would only take hours, but I guess I'll just wait patiently (or not so patiently).

While you're waiting, sign up with SortPrice...also a free comparison shopping site.

How much traffic is SortPrice going to send?

    Is it worth the effort?

I get around 30-50 orders a month from them so I can't complain...another great thing about sortprice is they accept most data feeds...i use my froogle feed.

I'll try them out. 30-50 orders a month is alot! How many orders do you see from froogle (for comparison)?

Froogle gives me about the same amount of orders but sortprice has a better conversion rate. Froogle accepts so many spam sites, while sorptrice actually has a screening process.

Froogle service is free. Whether sortprice is also providing free service.
