I would suggest that Pro's code by hand. I suppose you cuold use Dreamweaver for the preview but Aptana is king. I'm not a fan of WYSIWYG editors.

Thats a pretty big generalization. I for one, use dreamweaver, and never used frontpage, but im a noob at every coding language,so i really don't fit into that generalization. Dreamweaver is just so much easier to use. I mean not only do i learn how to use the prorgram and make my sites, but i am also able to learn coding from it, so i say Dreamweaver is better.

Dreamweaver is over 100x better, if not more, as the code view is alot more better and the design view.. and their are alot more features anf functions!

I started off with FP then graduated to notepad. When I get real lazy on occasion I'll use Namo which I like but is quite buggy. For the most part now I use CMS.

I just purchased Dreamweaver. I have Frontpage and it is very limiting. I am looking for a good tutorial on using Dreamweaver. Any recommendations. I prefer video training over a manual.

dreamweaver is a lot better than frontpage... Liek you have no option in frontpage, website looks crappy when done on frontpage, well thats my own experience

I use frontpage for basic mockups, everything else I use poweredit, which is just like notepad but it has syntax highlighting.
