People who like to waste time use text editors. Try managing or building enterprise level software applications for the web using notepad

    I choose dreamweaver...
i was used for many project in many language such as php and asp with multiple
database like mysql and sql.. its easy to make a connection !!!

the beginner should go for it!! why need to waste your time by learn n explore the frontpage as well as they are more powerful software (dreamweaver) out there?? :p

I was a beginner when im start using dreamweaver, then i learn and learn...
the important things is practice and just do it!! hehhe

They are many books in the market that teach you how to use a dreamweaver..
    Neway G.luck!! :D

Wow Dreamweaver is so much better in everyway, Frontpage is a joke in some in comparison. Frontpage is good for kids and begginers I think. As far as text editors go yeah you use them in combination but developement tools speed up the time it takes to do things plus shows you errors etc.

When I started designing a web, I used notepad and encode HTML tag. I used a lot of web development application such as frontpage. But later on I used macromedia dreamweaver, because it has a lot of features and easy to navigate

Dreamweaver is much better than frontpage. However, for php programmer, notepad is the best.

FP is good when creating a website with an IFRAME. You can preview site with an ifram in FP unlike in DW you can put Iframe but you can't see it on design mode

I used both, DW and FP but all of them insert a lot of garbage code, so I decided to make more of my project in text editors because with they I have the right control of my work. If I will develop some PHP code, I use only a text editor.

There is nothing wrong with Frontpage is you like using it,m you shouldn't switch just because others don't like it. Personally I use Dreamweaver.

I mainly work with php and I use text editor. I never even tried Frontpage, I tried Dreamweaver but in the end I will always choose text editor. No garbage code, absolute control, fast and clean. That's the way I like it
