I movded the website for www.spiritualpathwayscenter.org and now their webmaster can not connect to the site using FrontPage. He does not know how to use ftp program to connect to site.

Does anyone have any recommendations regarding reconfiguring FrontPage for new connection? I have given him userid and password.

    Thanks.

Did you make sure that frontpage extensions are turned on on the new host?

And make sure the user has an account and the necessary permissions on the new host.

If you ftp into a Front Page enabled domain there is a fair chance it will break the FP extensions.

Normally you have to empty the folder (the directory must be empty or FP extensions will not install correctly), remove then re-install FP extensions, then unpload via FP.
