Buying Front-end HTML developer needed (constant work)

We are looking for someone who is well versed in the latest web standards, our company has some standards of their own and we deal with specific types of websites, mostly all repetitive and you will be payed the same amount for each project type.

1. Pixel-Prefect Code
2. w3c Validated Code
3. Responsive Designs (ALWAYS)
4. Basic AJAX Knowledge
5. Basic jQuery Knowledge (Implementing Sliders, Form Field Validations, Pop-outs etc)
6. Clean Code
7. Fast Turn Around times
8. Reliability
9. Good communication (Skype)

Knowledge in the following will more likely result in getting you the spot definitely:

• PHP integration (on CRMs like InfusionSoft, LeadWrench, LeadsPedia etc) OPTIONAL
