From where to get visitors , for the site in my signature . visitors related to and in need of graphic design .

You better design some software, script or shareware related to your work and upload it to sites which deal with such software. It will give you lots of backlinks and targetted results. This concept is very well explained in the famous ebook - 30 minute Backlinks.

 

My recommendation:
1. Please consider pop3 email address. Yahoo free email services is not a good option if you are in design industry.
2. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=94. Why not give it a try?
3. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=105. Why not offering free header/banner for the first 5 members and offering them 20% discount coupon for the next order?
4. Submit your design or artwork to css gallery for level of awareness
5. Google adwords is a good start to drive targeted traffic to your site.

You can submit to web directories and niche web directories.

Also maybe comment on related blogs.

 

but if you are good enough in building links with anchor texts for your niche keyword it will fetch you a lot of traffic.
Or else if you want instant traffic for your site then its good if you go for stumbleupon or digg.
