From where to download Vbulletin 3.8.2

    vBulletin official site doesn't show download option for its 3.8.2 version!!
    pls provide me a link.

    also pls guide:
    m going to start a new forum. which version should i choose
    1. version5 that comes with 4.2
    2. 3.8 ??

    Yes it does, but I think 3.8.7 is the latest 3.8 series, which is what you should use if you want 3.8.x

    Also, a new site I'd use the latest stable version which is 4.2.1 PL2
    vbulletin 5 is still in beta and not recommended setting up a production site with it
