Hello Guys, From where i can get a US FREE TEL NUMBER. Which uses a sort of application, and i am able to receive any call from US, on my PC. That means a user from USA, can make a local call on this number. Provided this number must be local to USA. Thanks in advance for your help.

As Gina mentioned ipkhall is probably the best place to get a free usa number. You can also look into something called K7, they offer a voice mail service.
If you mean a toll-free number - some of the toll free numbers are Toll Free Numbers (Freedom Voice), Kall8, RingCentral. These will provide you with a lot of features - more than just forwarding the call though. Some users have reported Skype has been useful. Vonage might offer some other features as well.
Tested and agree with that post. Easy to use, free and running with asterisk box can be very customisable.

Guys, i only want to get a Tel Number, on which i can receive the calls, while i am sitting on my PC. And moreover my clients can call us on that number and may spend a LOCAL CALL, or a Long Distance Call. That's it. Provided i dont have any US Mobile #, or LandLine #.
These are PAID services. I am looking only to receive the CALLs, and moreover the service should be free of charge. I may be billed if i make outgoing calls.
