   How to syndicate AdSense in order to create custom sponsored link pages like:
   
   http://www.simpli.com/serp.php
   http://www.blackwoodsrestaurant.com/index/index21.php
   etc.
   
   I understand one needs 25 Million plus pages/month to be a primary Google partner, but companies provide this capability on a syndication or licensing basis?
