From user "eXigenT * odt"

    Hi, my friend was banned permanently for having multiple IDs, his username is "eXigenT * odt" however, he has a dynamic IP (so do i :rolleyes:) so he says maybe some other DP member once got the same IP, so he wants you guys to look into this :)

    When determining whether someone has a dupe account they look at more factors than IP alone.
