From Site-Sift script to phpLD how much?

    I have a directory, www.weblinkdirectory.net, but I don't have time to learn that script and tweak it so it is how I want it.

    Can someone here transfer it into a phpLD? Is it possible?

    And how much would it cost me?

    If it is not possible I will simply sell the dir.
