Has this affected a lot of you? I've never had the malware warning on any of my sites to the best of my knowledge
Google webmaster tool is awesome for webmaster, and it's really good to inform webmaster of the problem instead of google taking it's own decision.
Google will give you the once over for malware (and probably paid links, reciprocal linking and the like and not tell ya...), then when its all done and over they take you to go get ice cream.
I had this problem on one of my sites. Its good that now they have integrated this into the webmaster tools, so it would be easier and fast.
