According the list most expensive keyword is 'mesothelioma' however i've experience that credit/debt repair and consolidate loans are also good paying keywords.
I have lists of high-paying keywords on one of my websites, but I cannot list the URL here since I have not posted often enough. There are a lot of words in the health and legal fields, especially. There also a number of them that I am surprised about... Wish I could give you the link to my web site that shows hundreds and hundreds of these keywords. Maybe next month... Jeanne
Ah the keywords. When will they ever learn? Do you not realize how many people have access to those keywords? How many people have subsequently had their pupils turn into Dollar Signs? How much competition there then is for each of those keywords? How little interest you have in mesothelioma and thus how you're not going to be able to keep interest in any site with scraped content (because you obviously wouldn't know or care enough about it to research together anything original)?
I know the keyword DVD or Movies pays about 53 cent per click. Thats pretty good IMO. I also had a conversion on an "Add url GNXE" from a Google referral ad and it paid 19 cents.
Don't build sites based solely on those highest paying keywords lists. The price of those keywords will fluctuate rapidly, often based on the actions of one or two advertisers. Think of industries with high profit margins and strong competition, and build sites based on that. If a company sells a product for $500 and it costs only $5 to make, then they are going to have a lot of profit for that product, and they'll be willing to spend a portion of that on advertising. If there is more than one company making this product, then they are going to compete by lowering their price on the product and increasing their keyword bids so they get the premium ad spots. Basic equation: high profit margin + competition = high paying keywords
In my opinion, the best KW are the ones on which the webmaster is comfortable and is able to supply fresh, unique and interesting content to its users so that they keep coming back.
if it was $1000 a click i would set up a site buy a ticket to the closest country and pay $500 for the ticket and click on the ad,that way i would never get banned
