    HI everyone,

I run a very sucessfull sports website - we are now selling our own shirts, and might start up our own magazine and line.

However, I am stuck on something.

Should I incorporate the website? Go LLC? - If so, how do I go about doing that?

So, if you dont have 1 mil hits a day, theres no point in getting incorporated?

Is it worth getting incorporated, or getting a business name for a website that I own...

How do you get a license to sell something, like a t-shirt?

A t-shirt with your own logo on it? I don't know about the laws over there, but you don't need a licencse. I can't see why you would need one.

You are not required to but yes, it is probably a good idea to incorporate at this stage.
It will give you tax breaks and also shield you from personal liability if things go wrong.
You need to find a lawyer to do it, it costs around $600.
