From avarge of 26 clicks to 68 clicks yesterday.

Hello.

I've just checked my stats for yesterday, and I got a big shock when noticing that I recieved 68 clicks - Normaly I get around 26 clicks.

My first thought is of course "Invalid clicks," but of course I can't be sure. I don't have any stats over who clicks my ads or which ads they click.

My earnings for yesterday are bigger than normal, but not way big - So all of the clicks can't be illegal - Clicking-software perhaps? My impressions has not changed one bit.

Should I contact google?

 

Yeah, a total stranger is going to sabotage you by using a clicking software that clicks your ads exactly 68 times. Are you kidding me? Does that even make sense to you? Don't waste Google's time.

 

Then how on world would you explain that I've got this big boost when I haven't been able to get over 30 clicks ever? And I even checked the stats before going to bed - they were around 20 or so.

Oh, by the way, just noticed who you were - don't try and explain - You would probably just give me some stupid sarcastic degrading answer which makes you feel big and important.

If anyone else has a answer for me it would be much appriciated.

let's see the next day and check your stats. usually more impressions will bring more clicks.

 

You should install statcounter on your site to see where your visitors are coming from. Maybe traffic increased.

 

Yah, what are your impressions?
Do you see a spike in impressions as well? or it's just clicks?

 

yes you should wait for a day or two to see a pattern.
do u have a reason to believe that some one might be trying to get ur site banned?
even if thats the case then also like jackburton2006 said its unlikely that someone is going to make only 68 clicks.

I've been reading so many posts about cases of "Invalid Clicks" from people trying to sabotage you to get banned.

I'm so scared... I don't want to be a victim.
