this is what my unique page views per day are at. this just happened a few days ago, will this help my page rank? how long will it take if it does?
Page views have nothing to do with page rank. If your increase in page views are because of some good links to your site, the links might help your PR, but traffic doesn't matter. I have sites with very little traffic with PR4's.
I second that. PR is count by no. of links that point back to you site. it doesn't matter how much traffic you got. But what I wanna say is it would be better to just concentrate on traffic not PR, you will make money faster that way. ^^
It stands to reason that more visitors means more links (if your content rocks) which means better ranking which means more visitors ..... Once you got the ball rolling, you can focus purely on the content of your site which is a lot more fun then SEO if you ask me. Pagerank is the Mojo of your site. No real value but everyone wants it.
* page rank is not related with your page views/day. it's related with your backlinks. how many sites are giving link to your sites? * and one more question . what is the secret of 200 to 2000 in day ?
traffic will not help PR. However, if these extra ppl like your site, they may link to it....which could affect PR.
there are many ways to go from 200 to 2000 visitors per day just one place up for the google is enough (11th to 10th).
I disagree you, I think PR has something do with traffic, there are many websites with high traffic and less back links have PR 4, even PR 5.
Elite Flyers has vanished into thin air, taking away the secret with him As to your question, Elite, page views really have nothing to do with page rank. Why? Because traffic may come from different sources and it benefits you just when it is derived of high PR sites, i.e. links, you can think about this aspect of your site. If it was an incidental traffic increase, then you can't expect any PR increase.
the more visitors your site expose to. the higher chance of it has a better PR. dont worry about increasing PR. Traffic is the most important.
Higher the PR the higher importance is your site for google. But I have question. Is PR influencing the ranking of the site for a particular keyword. What is the best way to target a particular keyword in order to take it to the top of the list?
it is good that your page views have increased, might be some backlinks have increased too, if that is the case then your PR will increase. there is no relation between traffic and page rank, page rank mainly deponds on the backlinks, targeted backlinks
Secret to low cost targeted traffic is having your own affiliates. Reason my site has received over 6,000 uniques this month and over 1,000,000 views total for the last two months.
